Failed generations
If a video fails to generate, the credit is refunded to your account automatically. You do not need to contact us.
Unused packs
Unused packs are refundable within 7 days of purchase. To request a refund, email support@zombietrendai.com from the address on your account and include your purchase details. Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe.
Monthly plans
You can cancel a monthly plan anytime from Manage billing in My videos. Cancelling stops the next renewal and the plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. If you are charged for a renewal and have not used any of that month's credits, email us within 7 days and we will refund it. Months already used are not refundable.
Used credits
Credits that have already been used to generate a completed video are not refundable, because the generation has already cost us GPU time. If the result is clearly broken, contact us and we will look at it.
The free preview
The free preview costs nothing and has nothing to refund.
Packs do not renew
Packs are one-time purchases. Nothing renews, so there is nothing to cancel. Only monthly plans renew.
