Open My videos and choose Manage billing. Cancelling stops the next renewal and your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.

What happens if a video fails?

Failed generations are refunded automatically as credits, with no request needed.

Can I get my money back on a pack?

Yes. Unused packs are refundable within 7 days of purchase. Email support@zombietrendai.com. See the refund policy for details.
